April Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Nickie Mowell, our well-deserving Employee of the Month for April!



Nickie has been a valued member of our Housekeeping Department for the past 1.5 years. Born and raised in Goshen, Ohio, she still calls Goshen home, where she lives with her husband of 8 years and their two children, Aidan (7) and Sophia (3). When she’s not hard at work keeping Venetian Gardens beautiful, you’ll find her spending quality time with her kids—her favorite way to spend a day.

Nickie’s hobbies include baking, playing classic Nintendo games, and enjoying retro TV shows like the 90s version of Supermarket Sweep. She’s a big fan of 90s music and shares a love of Weird Al with her son! Someday, she hopes to vacation in Hawaii and maybe even own a parrot. When asked what she loves most about working at Venetian Gardens, Nickie answered without hesitation: “The residents.” Her compassion and dedication truly shine every day she’s here.
