Employee of the Month - June 2021

Get to know our Employee of the Month, Becki Hoeter! Becki lives in Amelia with her Husband Ronnie and two children, Ashton and Dayne. She also has an array of animals she spoils including a squirrel named Acorn, a cat named cookie, and two dogs, a corgi named Jax and a chihuahua named Dixie.

Becki has been with Ventain Gardens for five years, but her passion for the career started over 20 years ago when she became an STNA. Becki became an STNA after helping her mom take care of her grandpa. When asked what she enjoys most about her job she said, "I love caring for our residents and working with great co-workers."


If you want to track down Becki on her off days you better like the outdoors because that's where you'll find her, tending to her flower beds or camping with her family. It's no secret that she loves spending time with her family camping and riding ATVs.

In the future she is hoping to go to Bora Bora, to take in the sights and to get some much-needed R and R.

Becki is a prime example of what our Culture of Care is all about, with her positive attitude and willingness to train new employees. She exemplifies the meaning of a great team player and caregiver.
