Spreading Extra Love This Valentine's Day
February 19, 2021
Our facility is thankful to not only have a sister facility so close to be able to work with but also for the organizations and individuals that surround them both. To those organizations & individuals, we need want to take the time to say a very large “Thank You!”
In mid-January, a project was created to turn Valentine’s Day into an even bigger celebration then it already is in our facilities. Along with the parties, games, and crowns we wanted to make this year extra special and to do that we set a goal. The goal was simple: to collect as many Valentine’s Day cards as possible to shower our residents with all the love that we could!
To do this we reached out to many of the organizations in our area and even called on our friends that were willing to help out as well. Between the organizations, friends, and families that participated everything from homemade cards, to cute crafts, and even posters were created and delivered. The smiles that came with our deliveries were unmeasurable. Moreover, we are so grateful to say that over 1,100 valentines were given out to the residents in our facilities.

So, to those who helped make this happen we cannot thank you enough for your support and help in this effort!
A special thank you to the following: Roger Bacon High School, Montgomery Elementary, All About Kids – Wards Corner, Prodigy School, Miss Pam’s, Goshen Elementary and to the many friends who assisted in this effort!
